We ask that guests do not smoke any cigarettes, cigars, other substances or vapes inside the property at any time.

The property has an alarm system, electric fencing and a 24 hour armed response unit if ever needed.

The second guest bedroom has a double bed.

The third bedroom has a sofa bed with an additional pull out section - sleeps two in single capacity.

The house is about a three minute drive from supermarkets such as Woolworths etc. Hout Bay has everything you could possibly want and need without having to venture out to the city.
